Applications will be accepted, beginning November 1, 2018, for Virginia’s New Health Coverage for Adults. Adults between 19-64 will be able to apply for low-cost or no-cost health coverage so they don’t have to stress about illness and accidents. If applicable, coverage will begin January 1, 2019.
