It is time to gear up for fall with a nice walk around Ben Brenman Park. Group leaders will guide walkers through exercise stations weaving low-intensity exercises as you walk. Family-Friendly Race to Support Senior Services of Alexandria
Sunday, September 28, 2025 at 8:30 am – Potomac Yards Neighborhood

This fun, family-friendly race supports SSA’s mission to help older adults in Alexandria age with dignity, connection, and purpose. Proceeds will directly support vital programs like Meals on Wheels, Groceries to Go, DOT transportation assistance, our Friendly Visitor and AniMeals programs, and much more—including outreach, education, and the Senior Ambassador Program.
