Join in for a walk in the park with low-intensity exercises to get fit for Spring! In case of inclement weather, the event will move to Thursday, May 15. Proceeds from the walkathon will benefit the Dance for All Ages, the Senior Health & Fitness Fair, and the Senior Winter Holiday Celebration, all sponsored by the Successful Aging Committee. Senior Fitness and Health Fair – Thursday, May 22 – 10 am –

This year’s fair will be a fun and interactive program, including: blood pressure screening; a healthy cooking demonstration by Goodwin Living; Tai-Chi; Exercises with RPCA’s Rodney; a presentation on stress management by Virginia Hospital Center; and glaucoma screening provided by the Prevention of Blindness Society!
