This year’s Senior Law Day brought over 150 people together at First Baptist Church for a program on “Expect the Unexpected – When Life Throws you a Curveball.” It is the 12th year SSA and the Alexandria Bar Association have offered this program for residents. We had a great group of local experts talking about the importance of being prepared with the proper legal documents, housing options as we age, later in life marriages; and planning for adult disabled children and those living at home.
