Medicare Open Enrollment is the period when Medicare beneficiaries can make changes to your Medicare Insurance Benefits. Medicare Counselors from the Division of Aging and Adult Services, and Virginia Insurance Counseling and Assistance Program (VICAP) can help. You may request assistance by phone at 703-746-5999, via email at vicap@alexandriava.gov , or attend an enrollment event at Burke Library on November 16th from 11am – 1pm or at Beatley Library on November 18th from 5:30 – 7:30pm.
