Description:
Move well, age well. A physical and mental workout for active aging. Explore how mobility and stability intersect to allow for effective, efficient, and playful movement to occur. This class will meet the participants at their level with a supportive, yet challenging environment. This class is designed to be done barefoot, however, studio-only sneakers will be allowed.

Instructor: Kim Espinoza
Kim has had the opportunity to teach fitness classes around the world over the last 10 years. From that, she brings a variety of influences into her classes. She has a B.S. in Health and an M.A. in Administration and Leadership. Her additional certifications include ACE GroupExercise, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and Functional Aging Specialist. Kim brings a variety of exercises into her classes that focus on mobility, stability and balance. In addition, adding strength and power to movement allows us to move through our environment with ease and comfort. She hopes to continue to learn and grow and bring a love for movement, community, and an element of fun to the classes she teaches.
