Senior Services of Alexandria/Office of Historic Alexandria – Local Tour of the “Wicked” Stabler-Leadbeater – Friday, October 30 – 10:30-11:30 am
SSA’s local tours are back! Just in time for Halloween, join us for this special program created just for SSA about some of the more diabolical concoctions created at the Stabler-Leadbeater Apothecary. Many were plant-based and museum staff will talk about how plants were used to help – or sometimes hurt! You might recognize some from famous murder-mysteries, others might surprise you. There will also be a little history about this wonderful local museum. Click
