Robust Walkathon – Tuesday, September 20 at 10 am, Ben Brenman Park, 4800 Brenman Park Drive in Alexandria (Rain Date is September 27)

Join in this fun walk about the park where group leaders walk participants to exercise stations to learn how to weave low-intensity exercises into a walk and gain balance and strength.  There will be a special appearance by public safety representatives of the Alexandria Fire and Sheriff’s Departments, and a PK Silver mini-tutorial on Parkour.  There is a suggested $10 donation to register. COVID-19 Precautions: Bring mask to be worn when distance cannot be maintained & in small walking groups.
