On Wednesday, October 16, Senior Services of Alexandria’s annual Speaker Series “Senior Living in Alexandria” presents “Smart Aging” – Readying Your Home and Finances. The event will take place at 10am at Westminster Presbyterian Church, 2701 Cameron Mills Road. Local experts will discuss a variety of topics geared to preparing your home for aging in place or for sale by clearing out the clutter and making helpful modifications. You’ll also learn about getting your finances in order for the next stage of life. The event is free and open to the public.
