Senior Helpers invites caregivers and their loved ones living with memory loss, mild cognitive impairment or dementia to meet with others for support, companionship and fun.
Their Memory Cafe utilizes a variety of activities to promote social interaction, engagement, cognition and reminiscing.
It’s free but space is limited. Please make your reservation in advance.
