Join Registered Dietitian Madison Reeder as she explains which trends are best to incorporate in our diets and which are best to avoid. Each session will include a cooking demonstration and food samples. Held the 4th Tuesday of every month, these events are free. However, participants must register ahead of time and space is limited.
