March 18th Speaker Series – “Caregivers – Find Support!”

Join us on Saturday, March 18th at Immanuel Church on the Hill (3606 Seminary Road) for our next monthly Speaker Series event: Caregivers – Find Support! Caregivers are challenged in many ways, and it’s important to know where to find support to help make the right decisions for you and your loved one. Come hear from experts from AARP, Alexandria’s Division on Aging and Adult Services, BCAT Cognitive Assessment, and Capital Caring as they discuss tools to help meaningful communication, resources for in-home and long-term support, adult day programs, and the components of an effective plan for caregiving.

Light refreshments will be served.

This event is free and open to the public, but registration is requested. RSVP below or by calling Senior Services of Alexandria at (703) 836-4414 ext. 110.
