Robust Walking Group - Waterfront Walkers of At Home in Alexandria meet at TC Williams Boathouse at the foot of Madison Street every Tuesday morning at 8:30. The Market Squares gather at the Wiley Mitchell Pavilion in front of City Hall every Thursday morning at 9 am. The events are FREE and open to all!

Friendly Visitor Volunteers: SSA's Friendly Visitor program matches seniors with members of the community with the goal of relieving loneliness for seniors who don't have family or friends in the area. If you would like to make a difference in a senior's life, volunteer to be a friendly visitor. The time commitment is once a week for about an hour.
